I don't wait for opportunity -- I create it.  I built the Wellth Society because high-achieving women deserve spaces that fuel them.  After spending years in a state of burnout, canceling plans with friends, working 7 days a week, and wearing my fatigue as a badge of honor, I learned the importance of wellness -- not just when I reach the "end goal," but also along the way.
